MWV Announces Sale of Folding Carton Facility in Bydgoszcz, Poland

MWV recently completed the sale of our beauty and personal care folding carton facility in Bydgoszcz, Poland to ASG (AGI-Shorewood Group).
We had previously announced an exit from the beauty and personal care folding carton business in Europe, as well as plans to repurpose a folding carton facility in Brazil to produce fragrance pumps and dispensers for the fast-growing Brazilian market. Both of these moves to improve margins in the Home, Health & Beauty segment are now complete.
