Multi Packaging Solutions Acquires North American and Asian Print Businesses of AGI-Shorewood Group
Multi Packaging Solutions (“MPS”), a global leader in value-added print and packaging solutions for the branded consumer, healthcare and multi-media markets, and AGI Global Holdings Coöperatief U.A. and AGI-Shorewood Group US Holdings, LLC (together, “ASG”) announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of the North American and Asian Print businesses of ASG to MPS.
The acquisition of ASG, a highly respected manufacturer of print and packaging in the United States, Canada, Mexico and China, will further expand MPS’ global network and customer base.
