Model Holding AG is merging its operating group companies in Switzerland

Model Holding AG is merging its operating group companies in Switzerland with Weinfelden-based Model AG with effect from 1 January 2015. Support processes for all plants will be centralised as a result. All Swiss production sites, in Au (SG), Moudon, Niedergösgen and Weinfelden, will continue in operation, as will the three Model Pack Shops.
