The Supervisory Board of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG has unanimously appointed Gotthard Mayringer (48) as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Gotthard Mayringer is a long-term CFO of the group Engel Holding Gesellschaft m.b.H., Schwertberg. The company is world market leader in injection moulding machines.
