Mayr-Melnhof does not take over Russian A&R plants

Management Board of Mayr-Melnhof gave notice that the agreement of last November to acquire three A&R Carton sites will not be closed due to changed circumstances.
„Conserving value for our shareholders remains a priority also throughout the consolidation. We will continue our course of expansion with verve and due care“, stressed Dr. Hörmanseder.
