Revised ECMA Terms and Conditions of Sale now available

The updated ECMA Terms and Conditions of Sale are part of the ECMA Sales Toolkit and can be downloaded on the ECMA website.   

Converters can adopt the ECMA Terms and Conditons. However, they can also draft their own conditions or choose to adopt those of their local National Associatiion.

The ECMA Terms and Conditions of Sale will also be translated into German, French, Italian and Spanish language versions and publically made available on the ECMA website.
