Rembrandt Verpakking acquires Antilope Packaging
As of 23 June 2016, Antilope Kartonnage has become a part of Rembrandt Verpakking, with offices in Aarschot. Antilope Kartonnage was a subsidiary of Antilope lnvest. Co-subsidiary Antilope Printing is not part of this merger. By the acquisition of Antilope Kartonnage Rembrandt aims to improve its service and strengthen its competitive position.
