On 1 January 2018, overall operational co-management of K+D AG will be taken over by Ivo Kassel (40) as Head of Operations / COO and Markus Naegeli (40) as Managing Director / Head of Marketing and Sales.

Stefan Kuhn (53) is stepping down after 23 years as CEO and as Delegate of the Board of Directors. As executive President of the Board of Directors, he will continue to focus on the strategic management and development of the K+D Group.

At the same time, Urs Metzler (58) is withdrawing from 27 years in management for health reasons. In future, he will collaborate on projects.
