GIETZ at Drupa 2016

Gietz shows the full range of their machine portfolio such as a FSA 1060 Foil Commander, operating with 8000 sheets/h with a brand new Gietz designed Power Feeder linked with a SMART Register print to print register system. The machine works with the patented VACUFOIL foil transportation system with 6 foil pulls and hologram register capabilities. A highlight will be an extremely fast job change during the show. 

A ROFO 910 PLUS flat –flat foil stamping press  working with up to 120 m/min due to a new designed festoon system and applying registered Lense Foil Holograms for Brand protection onto Flexibles’ and cartons.

A Gietz FSA 870 Compact Classic Foil Stamping Press is equipped with a patented new inductive heating system to achieve energy savings of up to 35%!

A ROFO 450 machine, a flat –flat foil stamping press working with up to 450 mm web substrate roll to roll operation of up to 150 m/min, available as a standalone or a integration module for existing narrow web printing presses, to achieve high precision foil stamping and embossing work, containing the new inductive heating system which makes it very cost effective!

SECUR20, a product of Gietz powered by Newmec from Monza is sold through the Gietz Sales Network starting on Drupa 2016 for the very first time. This machine produces in rotary principle with 20” substrate web width extremely narrow  holographic stripe application for the Security printing industry products such as tax banderols etc..
