CVC acquisition of AR Packaging completed
ÅR Packaging Group AB is pleased to announce the closing of the previously announced agreement with CVC Capital Partners to acquire the Group from Ahlstrom Capital and Accent Equity. The transaction was successfully completed on 13 September 2016.
