Announcement on the new CEO of Gietz AG

We would like to inform you of an important change in our company management. Hansjoerg Gietz, our long-standing Managing Director, will be handing over the management of the company to Marcel Gerber, who is currently Engineering Director of Gietz AG. From now on, Hansjoerg Gietz will concentrate on his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors and the management of the holding company. This change will take effect from 01.01.2024.

During his time as Managing Director, Hansjoerg Gietz has made an enormous contribution to the success and development of our company. His commitment, foresight and expertise in print finishing have helped us to establish ourselves as a leading company in the printing industry for hot foil stamping machines. We are confident that he will continue to have a significant influence on our corporate strategy and direction as Chairman of the Board of Directors and as the driving force behind the holding company.

Marcel Gerber brings with him a proven track record of around 15 years in the printing industry. His extensive expertise and in-depth understanding of the industry make him the ideal choice to take over as Managing Director. We are confident that with his expertise and passion for innovation, he will keep the company on its successful course. His focus will be on continuing to promote our standards of excellence and service, and to develop new opportunities for growth.

Michael Grau (Head of Sales), Felix Kramer (Head of Engineering), Claudia Heer (Head of Finance), Daniel Sund (Head of Production) and Christian Casutt (Head of Service) are highly experienced and excellent additions to the Executive Board, and we assure you that we will continue to focus on the highest product quality, customer orientated service and innovative solutions.
