Every 2 years, ECMA publishes detailed market data and forecasting on the cartonboard and folding carton markets for Europe, by country and for the key end-user markets.
In 2024 we released a shorter interim report titled ‘European Carton Prospects 2024 Interim Report – A View from the Edge’ giving the latest market data with forward projections through to 2028. The report is based on multiple interviews with a range of cartonboard mills and folding carton converters, as well as other sources of data and was presented by Neil Osment of our data providers NOA Limited, at the Berlin congress in September 2024. As with all reports released by ECMA, this report is only available free-of-charge to you as an ECMA member. You can download it below.
The next comprehensive European Carton Prospects report will be released in September 2025 at our Istanbul congress and will be available to all members.
