The ECMA Food Safety Committee is the body in charge of maintaining the ECMA Food Safety GMP up to date, and is also responsible for giving the membership and especially the self-declared ECMA GMP compliant companies guidance on food safety.

Food Safety is key to our industry, and the Food Safety Committee helps to develop solutions from our industry for our customers. Also issues like the new End of Waste Criteria have the permanent attention of the Food Safety Committee. The Food Safety Committee is supported by Technical Advisor Jan Cardon (ECMA).
